Why should I join NTEU?

Joining a union is like taking out an insurance policy, it is only when you are in “need” that you realise your investment
The stronger the union the better your rights are guaranteed
Everyone needs the union some time or another for advice on e.g. retirement, retrenchment, employment issues
Perhaps the greatest advantage of being a union member is that whenever confronted with adversity in the work place you will not be alone, but have access to representation and professional assistance
Virtually everyone on campus belongs!
